Click here, to fill out a criminal record check online. Then fill in the access code required. The completed online form gets sent directly to the RCMP office

You can download the form below, and then hand in the filled out form to morganm@thehouseonline.ca. From there, Morgan will send the filled out form to the Criminal Records Review Program.

IN PERSON

You can also go to your local RCMP office and request a volunteer criminal record check. You can fill out the information at the office, and it will be sent directly to the Criminal Record Review Program. Also, you will need to know:
